Estate Settlement
We help families through the process when a loved one has passed. While we can't handle a full Probate, we can direct you to a qualified Attorney. If your family member used a Revocable Trust for their Estate Planning, there is no need for Probate as long as all assets were funded to the Trust. The process involves paperwork, which we can help you facilitate. If you need help with this process, please contact our office. There is no charge to have a consultation. If we are hired, you will be given a firm price for any work that needs to be completed.
Successor Education
How many estates have you settled? How many estates have your children settled? If you do planning with our firm, we offer Successor Education. We don't talk about the details of your plan, we talk about the process. If the last person is now incapacitated, what do your successors do? If the last one is now deceased, what do they do? If we aren't here to help your family, what will they do? Will they be empowered to ask the hard questions? Will they know that they can ask how much the services will cost and how long it should take? If you already have existing documents and would like to take advantage of this service, we will be happy to do it for a fee.
Document Review
