Camille Williams, Owner
Hello! I’m Camille Williams, proud Owner of Williams AZ Bookkeeping and Tax Services. I’ve been married to my best friend, Wayne Williams, for 38 wonderful years—we’re high school sweethearts! Together, we’ve raised two amazing daughters, Ashley and Nicole, who have blessed us with four amazing grandsons.
We split our time between Williams, Arizona—known as the Gateway to the Grand Canyon—and New River, Arizona. Family is at the heart of everything we do, and traveling together is our favorite adventure. Over the years, Wayne and I have also built and managed several successful small businesses side by side.
My passion lies in helping entrepreneurs succeed. I specialize in accounting, business and personal taxes, and small business startups, and we are now offering Estate Planning and Tax planning.
I am a member of the National Association of Tax Preparers(NATP) and currently hold my Annual Filing Season Program Certificate for 2024. I complete 16+ hours of CPE yearly to qualify for the AFSP program through the IRS, with an emphasis on new tax law. In addition, I have my own PTIN to file taxes electronically with the IRS.
I love guiding business owners through the process of setting up and organizing their finances, implementing procedures that make day-to-day management easier, and ultimately helping their businesses thrive. Helping individuals with Estate and Tax planning has brought a new experience to my practice. It feels good to help people get the tools needed for Estate and Tax Planning.

Hailee Morgan, Administrative Assistant
Hello! My name is Hailee Morgan. I am an Administrative Assistant at Williams AZ Bookkeeping and Tax Services and a lifelong Parks/Williams, Arizona local with over 24 years in the community. I am currently pursuing my associate’s degree in accounting and working toward becoming a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) by 2026.
Over the years, I’ve built a diverse professional background that has given me a strong foundation for accounting and bookkeeping. I spent six years at WL Gore & Associates, where I worked with engineers and associates to streamline processes, manage projects, and handle confidential information with care. Before that, I gained five years of customer service and management experience at KOA, where I was responsible for booking reservations, handling cash transactions, managing store operations, and maintaining confidential records.
I also worked as a registration clerk at my local community college, where I assisted students with enrollment and ensured their academic records were filed accurately and securely. In addition, I currently manage short and long-term rental properties, where I organize financials and file AZ TPT reports, along with more than a decade of residential cleaning and service experience.
Through these roles and my current studies, I’ve developed key skills in financial recordkeeping, organization, confidential document management, budgeting, process improvement, and client communication. I’m passionate about using these skills to help individuals and businesses stay organized, accurate, and confident in their finances.
At the heart of my work, my passion is in continuously learning, sharing knowledge, and helping people succeed. I am focused on building a secure future for my family and would love the opportunity to help others do the same—whether in their businesses or personal endeavors. Outside of work, I enjoy life with my partner and our three dogs—a Boxer, a Pitbull, and a French Bulldog. We also love traveling, with favorite adventures including trips to Hawai’i, Fiji, and French Polynesia.
